摘  要:随着老龄化社会的到来与空巢家庭的日益增多,普惠型养老服务体系急需专门的护理人才。护理专业人才培养应从教学分段、空间分区、校企分责、互利双赢等多角度"多学期分段式"进行,以不断推进校企合作的广度和深度,提升人才培养质量,突破护理专业无薪实习的瓶颈,真正做到与就业零距离接轨。With the coming of aging society and growing of empty nest family,special nurses are urgent need for the common benefit endowment service system.The paper researches on build the model of "Multiple Stage Train in Multiple Term" from the teaching section,space division,the responsibility,mutual benefit and win-win such multiple perspectives,as to constantly improve the school-enterprise cooperation,improve the quality of personnel training,and break the nursing professional unpaid internships bottlenecks,realize the zero distance employment standards.
