摘　　要：近30年来,我国药膳的研发与普及呈现出前所未有的蓬勃发展态势。实现药膳的标准化、规范化管理,保障药膳的食用安全,已成为一个十分紧迫的现实课题。本文在研究分析药膳的渊源及现状的基础上,从药膳的科学性与安全性角度提出了一些建议和构想,旨在促进我国药膳事业的健康发展与规范管理。In recent 30 years,Chinese Medicated Diet is showing a vigorous development both in research and spread.It has become an urgent topic about how to achieve standardized management and safe use of medicated diet.This paper analyzes the history and current situation of medicated diet,and put forward some constructive suggestions and tentative ideas from a scientific and security viewpoint,in order to promote healthy development and standard management of Chinese Medicated Diet.
