摘　　要：两年多来,我国《食品安全法》实施情况如何,值得审视。实践中具有哪些积极意义,还存在哪些问题;通过借鉴发达国家有关食品安全方面的法律制度和成功经验,提出立法完善意见和政策建议。The food safety law has been implemented for two years,we have to examine the carryover effect.I had talked about the positive meaning in practice,and the problems.Through taking examples from developed countries＇ food safety laws and successful exercise,I refer to suggestions about legislation perfection and policy modification.
