摘 要:目的了解三级甲等医院和社区医院护士生活质量和工作压力状况。为卫生行政管理部门、各级各类医院在卫生事业改革决策和护理管理方面提供信息。方法应用WHO生活质量测定量表简表(WHOQOL-BREF)和护士工作压力源表对北京市某3家三级甲等医院工作的护士300人及8所社区医院工作的护士300人进行现场问卷测评。结果三级甲等医院和社区医院护士在生活质量及工作压力的多个项目得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论三级甲等医院和社区医院护士在生活质量及工作压力的不同方面存在不同程度的差异。政策制定者及医院管理者应根据具体问题制定解决方案,通过科学合理的管理规划、提高福利待遇、增加学习晋升机会提高护士群体对职业的认同感,缓解职业压力,提高护理质量。Objective To study the quality of life and working pressure conditions of nurses in 3-grade A-class hospitals and community hospitals.Also,it will provide the support for the nursing supervision and management of health administrations and hospitals.Methods 300 nurses from 3 3-grade A-class hospitals and 300 nurses from 8 community hospitals were investigated by The WHO Quality of Life BREF(WHOQOL-BREF) and the source table of nurses working pressure.Results There is significant differences between nurses of 3-grade A-class hospitals and community hospitals in quality of life and working pressure in a number of projects scored(P0.05).Conclusion There are varying degrees of differences between nurses of 3-grade A-class hospitals and community hospitals in different aspects.Policy makers and hospital managers should develop solutions based on specific issues,through scientific and reasonable management plan,improve benefits,increase learning opportunities for promotion to improve the identification of occupational groups,nurses,relieving occupational stress,improving quality of care.
