摘  要:[目的]了解肺癌初治病人对健康教育的需求现状,以便采取有针对性的健康教育,提高其生活质量.[方法]自行设计调查问卷,包括5个部分40个需求项目,每个项目分三个等级评分,随机抽取120例肺癌首次化疗病人进行调查.[结果]肺癌初治病人对健康教育内容存在强烈的需求,对疾病相关知识的需求排第一位,情感需求、复查的时间及方法、医护人员的心理支持等的需求很高,包括上述项目在内排在前10位的项目需求得分显著高于后10位项目(P<0.01).[结论]肺癌初治病人健康知识缺乏,希望得到检查、治疗、康复指导等健康教育.针对性地对肺癌初治病人实施阶段性、个性化的健康教育,对满足病人的健康需求,全面提高生活质量有重要意义.[Objective] To get the message of healthy educational requirement status of lung cancer pa tients with initial treatment so as to adopt the corresponding hearth education for improving the quality of life. [Methods] The questionnaire including 5 parts and 40 items was designed. Each item was divided into 3 grade scores. Totally 120 lung cancer patients with initial treatment were chosen randomly to undertake healthy educationa] requirement questionnaire investigation. [Results] Lung cancer patients with initial treatment had strong healthy educational requirement. The requirement to know the related knowledge of the disease was the first. The requirements such as emotion, the time and method of reexamination and psychological support of the medical workers were very high. The scores of the top 10 requirements were significantly higher than those of the bottom 10 requirements( p 〈0. 005). [Conclusion] Lung cancer patients with initial treatment are deficiency of healthy knowledge, and hope to obtain the healthy education of examination, therapy and rehabilitation guidance. The staged and individualized healthy education for lung cancer patients with initial treatment is important to meet the healthy requirement of the patients and improve the quality of life.
