摘　　要：高校学生干部队伍在学生管理和学校发展方面起着不可或缺的重要作用。高校学生组织是高校学生干部开展工作的重要依托,它经历了一个漫长的历史过程。目前,我国高校学生干部队伍建设初有成效,但在新形势下,仍需要不断探索高校学生干部队伍建设的路径。As we know,College student cadres plays an indispensable role in the student management and school development.This paper briefly reviews the history of college student cadres,describes the effectiveness of college students cadres,and then seek the growth path and path selection of strengthening the college students cadres from four points.
