摘  要:随着我国高等教育规模的迅速扩大和高校毕业生就业体制改革的深入,越来越多的毕业生为就业难而发愁,巨大的精神压力导致学生产生情绪等方面心理问题即就业焦虑。本案例中求助者对就业问题存在不合理的认知而产生焦虑情绪,在咨询过程中,运用合理情绪疗法,帮助求助者改变不合理认知,重新调整对生活事件的看法,建立自信。本案例报告主要记录了求助者的一般资料、主诉与个人陈述、评估与诊断、咨询目标、咨询主要过程及咨询效果的评估等内容。With quick enlargement of higher education and deep revolution of employment system for graduates in our country, more and more graduates start to worry about the employment difficulties. Simultaneously this huge pressure also often causes them to have various psychological questions, including so-called Job-Hunting Anxiety. This paper is a case analysis of a fresh graduate's psychological problem arising from employment. Based on detailed information about the subject, the article diagnoses his mental problem and gives an objective evaluation of their seriousness. After receiving Rational Emotive Therapy for six times, which is based on cognitive therapy theory, the boy's negative emotions are considerably reduced and his irrational beliefs is under control.
