摘　　要：接口通信技术课程是高等工科院校的专业基础课程，地位极为重要。从教学内容和手段、实验教学及考核改革等多方面阐述了华北电力大学《接口与通信技术》精品课建设的思路和具体做法。通过近两年的省级精品课程研究、改革和实践，取得了很好的教学效果。Interface Communication Technology, one of the basic professional courses for engineering institutions, enjoys a highly important status. The author hereby illustrates the ideas and concrete measures for constructing this core curriculum- Interface and Communication Technology of North China Electric Power University through various aspects, including the syllabus, means of teaching, experimental teaching, and the examination reform. After two years of research, reform, and practice at the provincial level, significant teaching progress has been made.
