摘　　要：为考察青少年自我和谐与人际和谐的现状特点及两者之间的关系,采用《自我和谐量表》与《人际和谐量表》对贵州民族地区1804名青少年进行调查,结果发现该地区青少年的自我和谐、人际和谐在不同性别及民族之间都存在显著差异。此外,还发现自我和谐与人际和谐具有显著相关性,自我和谐对人际和谐具有一定的预测性。To investigate the characteristics of the relationship between self-consistency congruence and interpersonal harmony in teenagers, the self-consistency congruence and Interpersonal Harmony questionnaire scale was used to investigate 1804 teenagers of ethnic minorities＇ area in Guizhou, Founding that the teenagers of self-consistency congruence and interpersonal harmony between the gender and the nation had a significant difference. Moreover, which was a significant relationship between self-consistency con- gruence and interpersonal harmony in teenagers, and self-consistency congruence had some predictive to interpersonal harmony.
