红茶对小鼠体重的控制作用研究

摘　　要：本试验旨在探讨红茶控制体重的作用,为红茶保健作用提供一定的理论依据。试验设4组昆明种小鼠,每组20只,分别连续灌胃生理盐水(对照组)和不同剂量的红茶水浸提物30 d,按小鼠体质量给予不同体积的受试物,允许其自由摄食与饮水,每周称量小鼠体重1次。结果表明,与对照组相比,说明红茶低、中、高剂量组小鼠体重均有降低,红茶具有控制体重的作用。The control action of black tea on body weight of mice was investigated in order to provide some theories for looking for the function of black tea.Four groups Kunming mice were given 0.9 % normal saline（control group） and different dose of black tea water extracts respectively for 30 days.In accordance with the body weight of the mice,different volume of test sample was given.The mice were allowed to drink and eat freely.The body weights of the mice were measured every week.Comparing with blank control group,the groups of black tea showed that the body weights were reduced.Black tea had the effect of control action of body weight.
