摘　　要：本文研究贵州省茶类的地理标志知识产权保护现状,并建议:①深入研究名茶的地理标志特征;②挖掘与整理茶类的非物质文化遗产;③以国家质检总局的地理标志产品保护模式为主;④对茶类原产地标记尽快实施地理标志产品保护;⑤充分利用各种地理标志专用标志。In this paper,the present situation of intellectual property of geographical indications of the tea in Guizhou was studied.The result showed that（ⅰ） the characteristics of geographical indications should be studied deeply;（ⅱ） the tea-related intangible cultural heritage should be developed and sorted out;（ⅲ） AQSIQ＇s protection mode of geographical indications should be used mainly;（ⅳ） the protection of tea origin marks should be implemented with geographical indication as soon as possible;（ⅴ）the geographical indication-specific signs should be made full use.
