正颌外科技术治疗15例陈旧性颌骨骨折的临床观察

摘　　要：目的评价正颌外科技术在陈旧性颌骨骨折治疗中的应用。方法 15例陈旧性颌面骨折患者,采用X线头影测量、模型外科及定位咬颌板等正颌外科技术进行治疗。观察术前、术后患者面部畸形及功能障碍的变化。结果 15例患者创口均Ⅰ期愈合,术后咬合关系和面部外形恢复良好。结论正颌外科技术是治疗陈旧性颌骨骨折较理想的方法。Objective To evaluate the application of orthognathic surgery in old jaw bone fractures. Methods 15 cases of old jaw bone fractures were taken for cephalometric analysis and impression. Model surgery and splint were performed and evaluated before operation. The variation of dentomaxillofacial deformity and dysfunction was observed. Results All of the wound s were primarily healed. The dentomaxillofacial deformity, malocclusion and manducation disfunction were restored. Conclusion Orthognathic surgery is a treatment available for the patients with old jaw bone fractures.
