陀螺旋转式^(60)钴放射治疗系统治疗11例下肢深静脉癌栓的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨陀螺旋转式^(60)钴放射治疗系统治疗恶性肿瘤并发的下肢深静脉癌栓的疗效。方法 11例并发下肢深静脉癌栓的恶性肿瘤患者均接受了陀螺旋转式^(60)钴放射治疗系统(以下简称陀螺刀)治疗,放疗剂量为3.5 Gy/次,放疗8～10次,治疗后进行疗效评价。结果经陀螺刀治疗后11例患者临床症状均明显改善,彩色多普勒超声检查显示肿瘤缩小或者消失者9例,无变化者2例。结论陀螺旋转式^(60)钴放射治疗系统治疗恶性肿瘤并发下肢深静脉癌栓有积极的临床意义。Objective To explore the significance of gyro rotary 60 cobalt radiation therapy in treatment of malignant tumor patients with cancer embolus in deep vein of lower extremities. Methods Eleven malignant tumor patients with cancer embolus in deep vein of lower extremities accepted the treatment of gyro rotary 60 cobalt radiation treatment system （hereinafter referred to as gyro knife） the dose of radio therapy was 3.5 Gy per time,8 ~ 10 times and the curative effects were observed. Results In all patients treated by gyro knife, symptoms improvement was found in 11 patients, color doppler ultrasound examination revealed narrowing or disappearance of cancer emboli in 9 patients. No change in 2 patients. Conclusion The therapy with gyro rotary 60 cobalt radiation treatment system for malignant tumor patients with cancer emboli in deep vein of lower extremities has actively clinical significance.
