摘  要:研究总结了目前文献所见有关电池分选的主要方式方法,并提出了分类特征点自动提取和基于减法聚类的分选方法。此方法具有根据电池实际差异状况,自动产生相应分类数量,并能得到明确的分选结果的优点。将这样的分选方法用于动力电池分类,并采用模拟行车工况进行仿真验证的结果表明:它满足稳态工况的电池分类方法,但还不能完全适合动态工况下的分选要求。说明动力电池的分选工作仍然是将来需要进一步进行探讨的问题。The main methods for the battery cell classification were analyzed.A new classification method based on the subtractive clustering was proposed,which used automatic feature point recognition.The method could generate the quantity of classes based on the given criteria according to the samples' actual variance.The simulation results show that the classified cells can accommodate the stable working current conditions.But the effectiveness is still in question under the automotive dynamic current which is clearly displayed in the discrepancy of the cells' voltage response.The classification methods for the automotive power battery need to be paid more efforts in the future researches.
