摘　　要：目的:观察穴位注射黄芪注射液结合推拿治疗胆汁反流性胃炎(BRG)的临床疗效。方法:将72例患者随机分为两组,对照组36例使用铝碳酸镁片、莫沙比利治疗;治疗组36例采用穴位注射黄芪注射液结合推拿治疗;两组均治疗28天。结果:治疗组总体疗效、症状积分改善方面优于对照组,复发率也低于对照组。结论:穴位注射黄芪注射液结合推拿治疗胆汁反流性胃炎效果明显。Objective ： Observation of Huangqi injection combined with massage in treating bile reflux Gastritis （ BRG ） clinical efficacy. Methods ： 72 patients were randomly divided into two groups, 36 cases in the control group using aluminum magnesium carbonate tablets, mosapride therapy ; treatment group 36 cases treated with acupoint injection of astragalus injection combined with massage therapy ; the two groups were treated for 28 days. Results ：The treatment group total curative effect, symptom improvement than the control group, the recurrence rate is also lower than that of control group. Conclusion：Huangqi injection combined with massage for the treatment of bile reflux gastritis with obvious effect.
