芎芷祛风合剂治疗小儿偏头痛临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察芎芷祛风合剂治疗儿童偏头痛的临床效果及安全性,并探讨其作用机制。方法:采用随机分组法将78例偏头痛患儿随机分为两组,治疗组口服芎芷祛风合剂10mL,每日3次;对照组口服盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊5mg,每晚口服1次,8周为1个疗程。观察芎芷祛风合剂的疗效,并对临床安全性初步观察。结果:治疗组较对照组头痛程度明显减轻,头痛持续时间明显减少,中医证候的改善及总有效率有明显差异(P<0.01)。结论:芎芷祛风合剂可改善偏头痛症状,减少发作次数和缩短发作时间。Objective ： To study the clinical therapeutic efficacy and safety of Xiongzhi Qufeng mixture to treat the children migraine and the mechanism. Methods ： 78 cases were divided randomly into two groups, the treatment group was treated by Xiongzhi Qufeng mixture 10mL, tid ; and the control group was treated with Flunarizine Hydrochloride CapsuLes 5mg, qn, the treatment is 8 weeks. Results ： The degree of headache is obviously relieved and the duration of headache decreased significantly in the treatment group, the improvement of the TCM syndrome and total effective rate are obviously different in two groups（ P〈0.01 ）. Conclusions ： Xiongzhi Qufeng mixture can improve the symptoms of migraine and decrease attack frequency and attack time.
