健脾益气养阴化瘀法治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎癌前病变分析

摘　　要：慢性萎缩性胃炎癌前病变在中医学中与脾胃虚弱、气阴两虚、瘀血内阻密切相关,故文章从病因病机、历代中医的治法、当代中医的治疗经验及现代临床与实验研究进展等几个方面论述了健脾益气养阴化瘀法在治疗该疾病过程中所体现的特点及发挥的作用。In TCM, precancerous lesion of chronic atrophic gastritis is closely associated with deficiency of spleen and stomach, deficiency of Qi and Yin, stagnation of blood, so in this article, the characters and actions of this method are discussed in four aspects, such as：cause of disease and pathogenesis, ancient TCM treatment, contemporary treatment experience and modern clinical-experimental studies.
