摘　　要：《中医经验处方集》为世存珍稀著作,其中记载了近代名中医沈仲圭运用经方和对古方灵活加减运用的体会,提倡单方小方治病,自创截疟、止咳、消食、润便和渗湿五方。食疗调养、补益正气之法可见一斑,其显著的临床疗效有实证可查。另有他书不见的珍稀资料彰显其中。The collection of Traditional Chinese Medicine Empirical Formulas is a rare work at present, which recorded the outstanding of a famous TCM physician named SHEN Zhong-gui in modern times, flexiblely used classical and old formula, he advocated some minor and simplex recipes, created five prescriptions by himself, with the function of stopping malaria, coughing, promoting digestion, lubricating intestines, excreting dampness. It shows his methods of dietary therapy and tonifying healthy qi and the significant clinical effects. Moreover, there has been some rare informations not found in other works.
