摘  要:目的:通过测定脾虚小鼠伴口腔白念珠菌感染后唾液中sIgA的含量变化,探讨脾虚小鼠与白念珠菌易感性的关系。方法:采用饮食失节加劳倦过度的复合因素制备脾虚小鼠模型,采用局部接种的方法于正常对照组以及脾虚小鼠建立口腔黏膜白念珠菌感染模型,检测小鼠唾液中活白念珠菌数,应用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定各组小鼠唾液中sIgA的含量。结果:脾虚伴口腔白念珠菌感染组小鼠的唾液中活白念珠菌数增高,唾液中sIgA含量明显低于其他各组(P<0.01)。结论:小鼠在脾虚状态下对口腔白念珠菌的易感性增强。Objective : To determine saliva slgA content changes in saliva of mice with spleen deficiency infected with oral Candida albicans and the relationship between spleen deficiency and Candida albicans susceptibility. Methods: The animal model of spleen deficiency was prepared by irregular-feeding and overstrain, using a local method of inoculation to establish oral Candida albicans infection model. The number of living Candida albicans in saliva was tested, enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was used to measure levels of sIgA in saliva in each groups. Results: There were increased number of living Candida albicans in saliva of mice with spleen deficiency infected with oral Candida albicans, sIgA in saliva was significantly lower than other groups (P〈0.01). Conclusion: The mice with spleen deficiency has high susceptibilily of oral Candida albieans.
