摘　　要：茶多酚脂质体的研究已取得重大进展,文章在查阅国内外文献的基础上结合自己的研究综述了近十年茶多酚脂质体制备技术、质量评价方法及其应用,为进一步开发利用茶多酚脂质体提供依据。Researches of liposomes of Tea-polyphenol have made significant progress. Based on literatures at home and abroad, combining with own studies, liposomes of Tea-polyphenol preparation technology, estimation methods of quality and its application in recent ten years were summarized, so as to provide evidences for further developing and utilizing of liposomes of Tea-polyphenol.
