摘　　要：目的构建pcDNA3.1-Survivin基因的真核表达载体并鉴定。方法提取大鼠肝细胞总RNA,RT-PCR法扩增SurvivincDNA片段,双酶切构建pcDNA3.1-Survivin,重组载体。结果重组真核表达载体经PCR、酶切鉴定及测序证实正确。结论成功构建了真核表达载体pcDNA3.1-Survivin。Objective To construct and identify the pcDNA3.1-Survivin gene eukaryotic expression vector.Methods Total RNA extracted from rat liver was used for amplification of Survivin cDNA by RT-PCR and construction of recombinant pcDNA3.1-Survivin plasmid vector by double digestion with restriction enzymes.Results The recombinant eukaryotic expression vector was confirmed by PCR,enzyme digestion and sequencing methods.Conclusion The pcDNA3.1-Survivin eukaryotic expression vector has been successfully constructed.
