非小细胞肺癌中TFPI-2与Survivin表达关系的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨非小细胞肺癌中组织因子途径抑制物-2(TFPI-2)的表达与Survivin的关系,从而评价其在肺癌细胞凋亡中的作用。方法采用免疫组化法检测TFPI-2、Survivin蛋白在75例非小细胞肺癌和20例正常肺组织中的表达水平。结果 TFPI-2在非小细胞肺癌中的表达指数为55%,低于正常的肺组织85%。Survivin在非小细胞肺癌中的阳性表达水平为71%,在正常肺组织中大表达水平为5%。TFPI-2和Survivin在非小细胞肺癌中的阳性表达水平呈现负相关(r=9.62,P<0.05)。结论 TFPI-2在正常肺组织中的表达水平明显高于非小细胞肺癌组织,其可能通过调控Survivin蛋白的表达来抑制肿瘤细胞的浸润转移。Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of Survivin and TFPI-2 of non-small cell lung cancer, which was to evaluate role on lung cancer cells about TFPI-2. Methods The expression of TFPI-2, Survivin was detected by immuno- histochemistry in 75 patients with non-small cell lung cancer and 20 normal lung tissues. Results The expression index of TFPI-2 in non-small cell lung cancer was 55%, which was lower than normal lung tissue（85% ）. The positive expression of survivin was 71% in non- small cell lung cancer,which was 5% in normal lung tissue. TFPI-2 and survivin in non - small cell lung cancer expression level is negatively correlated （ r = 9.62,P 〈0. 05 ）. Conclusions TFPI-2 in normal lung tissue was significantly higher than non-small cell hmg cancer, which may be by regulating the expression of survivin protein to inhibit tumor cell invasion and metastasis.
