摘　　要：阐述了温控系统的调节原理和方法,及如何在PLC控制技术中应用。通过温度检测、变频控制、可控硅控制电压调节最终达到对车身加热控制。对该自动线的设备及车身控制温度,使车身在适当温度下进行贴膜,满足了生产实际要求。通过在国内某车身厂专业厂实际应用验证了红外加热车身贴膜温度控制方法的有效性和合理性。In this paper,the structure and function of control system used int the control technology using PLC was researched.The control of the bodywork heating was realized through the technologies such as temperature measurement,inverter control and the steerable silicon voltage adjustment.And the control system was used in one auto company effectively.
