摘　　要：为了实现城市生活污水处理厂自动排泥控制,提高污水处理效率;采用了P111G2 PLC、1-8号电磁阀与指示灯、5个通断开关、配套的编程与调试规则及相关控制器件等;分析了污水处理的工艺流程、排泥控制柜的布线,进行了PLC程序编辑以及调试;结果表明:达到了每组排泥阀从开启到关闭历时30s、排泥周期8小时的预期效果;程序设计准确、合理、可移植性强,运行稳定、可靠、易调,排泥控制柜操作方便、升级简单、易于维护。In order to realize sewage treatment plant automatic sludge discharge control,and improve the efficiency of sewage treatment,the sludge discharge control cabinet designed the sludge discharge control cabinet which is used the P111G2 Programmable Logical Controller,eight electromagnetic valves and eight indication lamps,five on-off switches,the supporting rules of programming and debugging,and the associated control devices.Wastewater treatment process flow,the sludge discharge control cabinet’s wiring,and the editing and debugging of PLC program were analyzed.The results show that it achieved the expected results in which each group mud valve lasts 30s from open to shut down,and the sludge discharge cycle is 8 hours;the program design is accurate,reasonable,and transplantable,the program runs stably,reliably,and easily to tune,and the sludge discharge control cabinet easily to operate,upgrade,and maintain..
