摘  要:目的:观察并评估冷光美白结合微磨损技术治疗氟斑牙的临床效果。方法:28例中度氟斑牙分别采用:A组单纯Beyond冷光美白治疗(5例);B组Beyond祛氟剂处理结合冷光美白(10例);C组酸蚀、微量打磨着色部位后冷光美白(13例)。观察美白效果与牙敏感情况。结果:临床美白效果C组>B组>A组(P<0.05),总有效率96.4%。牙敏感发生率C组>B组>A组(P>0.05)。结论:Beyond冷光美白技术联合应用微磨损技术,在中度氟斑牙的美白治疗中有很好的应用前景。Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of microabrasion technique on bleaching dental fluorosis. Method: 28 patients with mid fluorosis dental were divided into 3 groups as: Group A, 5 patients, treated with Beyond cold light-bleaching technique: Group B, 10 patients,treated with fluoride-removing material combined with Beyond cold light- bleaching technique: Group C, 13 patients, treated with microbrasion technique combined with Beyond cold light--bleach- ing. The changes of tooth color were evaluated by VITA shade guide matching after treatment, and tooth sensitivity were ob- verved. Result:The effective rate of bleaching were:group C 〉 group B 〉 group A (x^2=6.941,P 〈0.05),the total effective rate was 96.4 %. Group A had less dental sensitivity than group B and C, but the difference of sensitivity rate between them was not significant (x^2=2.764, P 〉0.05). Conclusion: Microbrasion technique combined with Beyond cold light-bleaching is more effective and convenient technique to treat dental flourosis.
