前牙区微种植体支抗改善露龈笑的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨微种植体支抗在改善露龈笑方面的临床应用效果。方法:选取临床诊断为安氏Ⅱ类错、露龈微笑病例20例,前牙区配合微种植体支抗进行固定矫治器正畸治疗。比较治疗前后头颅定位侧位片的各项测量指标,使用SPSS13.0软件进行统计学分析。结果:治疗前后比较,上齿槽缘点到X轴距离减小(P<0.01),到Y轴的距离减小(P<0.05),上颌切牙内收及压低的程度显著(P<0.01),深覆程度显著改善。结论:前牙区微种植体是一种稳固、舒适的支抗系统,可获得理想的支抗控制效果,能有效改善上颌牙槽骨垂直向发育过度患者的露龈微笑。Objective： To investigate and evaluate the treatment effects of mini-implant anchorage in gummy smile. Method： Twenty subjects with gummy smile of Angle II misocclusion were collected in the study.The patients were treated with fixed appliance associated with mini-implant anchorage inserted in the anterior area. Cephalometric analysis was per- formed before and after the treatment. All data were analyzed by SPSS13.0 software. Result：The distance and angle of re- tracted anterior teeth and the reduce of uncovered incisors had statistical significance （P 〈0.01）. SPr-X and SPr-Y were re- duced. The deep overbite was improved. Conclusion： Combined using of anterior mini-implants can provide desirable an-chorage to retract and intrude incisors in order to improve gummy smile.
