单侧上颌骨缺损赝复体修复的体会

摘　　要：目的:总结单侧上颌骨缺损赝复体修复的体会。方法:50例因上颌骨肿瘤行单侧上颌骨切除病例,于术后3～6月进行中空式传统硬质树脂阻塞器修复。结果:患者的咀嚼功能提高,发音清晰,鼻音明显减轻,进食时鼻漏明显改善,手术侧塌陷改善,恢复正常面部外形,赝复体的固位和稳定性良好。结论:赝复体能明显改善单侧上颌骨缺损患者的咀嚼、发音等功能。Objective：discuss the experience of the prosthetic treatment of unilateral maxillary defect. Method： 50 eases of unilateral maxillary resection because of maxillary tumor we~ selected. The defects were restored with traditional hard resin hollow obturator 3-6 months after operation. Result： masticatory efficiency, Pronunciation and nose leakage during eating were improved. Nasal sound were significantly reduced. Normal facial appearance were restored and the depression on the defect side were improved. Better retention and stability of the maxillolaeial prostheses were obtained. Conclusion： the fuction of mastication and pronunciation of the patient with unilateral maxillary detect could be markly improved by the treatment of maxillofacial prostheses.
