摘  要:目的:初步探讨中小学教师职业紧张和紧张反应的现况。方法:应用职业紧张量表(OSI-R),根据职业紧张任务问卷(ORQ)和个体紧张反应问卷(PSQ)进行职业紧张水平和紧张反应水平的评价。结果:①1460例中小学教师与319例非教师相比,职业紧张和职业紧张反应总体得分无差异,而任务过重(RO)和工作环境(PE)两项,教师组显著高于非教师组(p<0.01);②中学教师职业紧张水平和紧张反应水平均显著高于小学教师(p<0.05);③除C3外,教师组体液免疫功能均显著高于非教师组(p<0.01);而在细胞免疫功能方面,教师组的T细胞亚群CD4和CD8显著低于非教师组(p<0.01)。结论:中小学教师职业紧张水平增高,主要表现在工作任务过重和工作环境差;中学教师比小学教师更紧张;教师职业紧张对其免疫功能有一定影响。Objective:To investigate the occupational stress of teachers in primary and secondary school Methods: The Occupational Stress Invetory Revised Edition(OSI-R) was used.According to the occupational rules questionnaire(ORQ) and personal strain questionnaire(PSQ),the evalution of the occupational stress and strain on teachers were carried out.Results: First.the scores of both items role(RO) and physical environment(PE) in 1,460 teachers were significantly higher than those of 319 non-teachers.Although there was no difference in the total scores of occupational stress between the two groups(p<0.01);Second,male teacher scores of occupational stress and strain were signficantly higher than those of females(p<0.05);Third,except CD3,the humoral immunity in the teachers were significantly higher than that in non-teachers(p<0.01);In the cellar immunity,CD4 and CD8,teachers were significantly lower than that in non-teacher(p<0.01).Conclusions: Stress of teachers in the primary and secondary school presented mainly in both RO and PE.The level of occupational stress of teachers in secondary school,specially elder teachers,is significantly higher than those in teachers of primary school.Strain of teachers has some impact on their immunity
