NDRG1蛋白在口腔鳞癌中的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨NDRG1在口腔鳞癌中的表达及意义。方法:采用免疫组化SP法检测20例正常口腔黏膜组织和65例口腔鳞癌组织中NDRG1蛋白的表达情况。并分析NDRG1蛋白表达与口腔鳞癌患者临床病理特征的关系。结果:在正常口腔黏膜组织、口腔鳞癌组织中NDRG1蛋白阳性表达率分别为25%(5/20)、72.3%(48/65),差异具有显著统计学意义(p<0.01)。在口腔鳞癌组织中NDRG1蛋白的表达与口腔鳞癌的分化程度、浸润深度、分期及淋巴结转移有相关性(p<0.05)。而与食管鳞癌患者的部位、年龄、性别均无相关性。结论:NDRG1在口腔鳞癌组织中上调表达可能与口腔鳞癌的发生发展有关,NDRG1可能作为一个潜在癌基因参与口腔鳞癌的发生发展。Objective：To study the expression and significance of NDRG1（N-myc downstream regulated gene-1） in oral squamous cell carcinoma（OSCC）.Methods： NDRG1 proteins were detected by immuno-histochemistry（IHC,SP method） in 20 cases of normal oral squamous epithelium and 65 cases of OSCC.Results： The results of IHC showed that in normal oral squamous epithelium and oral squamous cell carcinoma,the positive ratio of NDRG1 was separately 25 %（5/20） and 72.3 %（48/65）,They were all statistical significance.There was inverse correlation of NDRG1 expression and differentiated intramuscular infiltration during the TNM stage of the lymphatic invasion.However,expression of NDRG1 was not statistically significance with the patient＇s age,gender,or site.Conclusion： The NDRG1 may be a new tumor gene and play an important role in the development and metastasis of OSCC.
