眼内容物剜除活动性义眼台植入41例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察羟基磷灰石(hydroxyapatite,HA)活动性义眼台植入的疗效。方法:回顾性分析了41例(41只眼)行眼内容物剜除、义眼台肌锥内植入术患者的临床效果。结果:41例临床Ⅰ期植入义眼台的患者,义眼活动度良好,眼睑饱满,仅1例患者义眼台暴露。平均随访18.5月,未发现球体脱出、移位、内陷,植入物性能稳定、可靠、效果满意。结论:行眼内容物剜除、义眼台肌锥内植入术疗效确切,并发症少,适合于任何需要行眶内植入的患者。Objective：To evaluate the clinical effects of hydroxyapatiete orbital implantation.Methods： We retrospectively analyzed 41 cases（41 eyes） who were received primary implantation.Results： All of the cases had satisfactory therapeutic effects,which had no exclusion,infection,exposure or propapsus and during the 18.5 months follow-up.Only one case in early postoperation has hydroxyapatiete exposed.Conclutions： Hydroxyapatiete orbital implantation is a good operation method,which has outstanding effects and has fewer complications.
