摘　　要：越来越多的老年女性罹患妇科疾病,需要通过手术治疗,老年人脏器功能衰退,多数合并内科疾患,使得手术风险和围手术期并发症和死亡率较高。本文就老年女性妇科手术术后并发症影响因素做简要综述。More and more aged women suffer gynecological diseases that require a surgery. The physiological changes associated with aging result in the increased operation risk and perioperative morbidi- ty and mortality associated with gynecological surgery. This article reviewed the risk factors of postopera- tive complications from gynecological surgery in the aged women.
