摘　　要：Cystatin B作为半胱氨酸蛋白酶超家族中的一员,主要抑制组织蛋白酶L.许多研究表明cystatin B可能参与多种肿瘤如头颈部鳞癌、乳腺癌、食管癌、肝细胞癌、肺癌等的生长、侵袭和转移过程.其作用机制仍有待进一步阐明.Cystatin B要作为临床诊断和预后的指标而得到应用仍需更深入的研究.Cystatin B, a member of the cysteine protease inhibitor superfamily, primarily inhibits cathepsin L. Many studies have shown that eystatin B may take part in growth, invasion, and metastasis of tumors, including squamous cell carcinoma of the head and neck, breast cancer, esophageal cancer, hepatoeellular carcinoma, lung tumor, and so on. The mechanism of cystatin B still needs further clarification. The application of Cystatin B for clinical diagnosis and prognostic needs further researches.
