盐酸伊托必利对功能性便秘重叠消化不良患者的症状及胃肠运动功能的影响

摘　　要：目的观察盐酸伊托必利对功能性便秘重叠消化不良患者的症状及胃肠运动功能的影响。方法将慢性功能性便秘重叠功能性消化不良患者分为伊托必利治疗组(40例)和多潘立酮对照组(40例),观察并记录便秘和消化不良症状,应用不透X线标志物法对每组各20例治疗前后胃肠运动功能进行检测。结果 2组消化不良症状均有改善,治疗组更为明显;治疗组便秘症状有显著改善;治疗组与对照组有效率为80%和58%(P<0.05);2组胃排空率较治疗前有所增加,治疗组全胃肠排出率明显增加。结论伊托必利治疗慢性功能性便秘重叠功能性消化不良安全有效,能改善症状,促进胃肠运动功能恢复。Objective To determine the effect of itopride hydrochloride on the symptoms and gastrointestinal motor function in patients with functional dyspepsia overlapping functional constipation.Methods Patients with chronic functional constipation overlapping functional dyspepsia were randomly allocated into itopride group（n=40） and domperidone group（n=40）.The symptoms of constipation and dyspepsia were recorded,and the gastrointestinal motor function in itopride group was examined using X-ray opaque markers prior to and after treatment.Results Both groups showed improvements,particularly in itopride group.There was a marked attenuation of constipation in itopride group.The effective rate was 80% and 58%（P0.05） in itopride and domperidone group,respectively.An increase in emptiness rate was found in both groups,and also revealed was significantly elevated whole gastrointestinal expulsion rate in itopride group.Conclusion Itopride is effective and well-tolerated in the treatment of chronic functional constipation overlapping functional dyspepsia due to its capacity of relieving symptoms and promoting recovery of gastrointestinal motility.
