摘　　要：异地就医联网结算管理是加快推进基本医疗保障制度建设的一项重要举措,在推动医药卫生体制改革工作中具有重要的现实意义。医院应当主动挖掘和完善自身内部管理,建立多方位、有效的异地医保患者服务与管理,不断地拓展医疗服务空间,提升综合实力,才能使医院在医疗体制改革、社会医疗保障变革中站稳,得以持续良好发展,并为实现全省、全国异地就医实时结算奠定基础。hospitalize out-of-line network settlement management is to an important act to accelerate the construction of the basic medical security system,and is of great practical significance to promote the reform of Medical and health system in Guangdong province.Hospitals should actively tap and perfect their internal management,and develop a multi-faceted and effective services and management of hospitalize out-of-line for Medicare patients.By expanding medical services,enhancing the comprehensive strength,hospitals can make steady progress in health care system reform and social medical security change,maintain a sustained development,and lay the foundations for the realization of real-time payment in Guangdong and China.The authors put forward a number of suggestions based on work experience,hoping to discuss the issues with peers.
