侧脑室神经上皮囊肿的CT与MRI诊断

摘　　要：目的探讨侧脑室神经上皮囊肿的影像学特点。方法回顾性分析7例侧脑室神经上皮囊肿的影像学表现。结果7例患者中，男4例，女3例。年龄11-25岁，平均20．1岁。7例患者全部行MRI检查，其中3例行增强检查，4例患者行CT平扫检查。7例囊肿均为单侧、单发，4例位于右侧，3例位于左侧；所有囊肿均位于侧脑室三角区，2例向侧脑室后角延伸。7例囊肿均为圆形或长圆形囊性病灶，边缘光滑，囊壁薄，囊液的信号或密度均匀，与脑脊液相似，无壁结节，增强扫描囊壁与囊液均无强化。结论侧脑室神经上皮囊肿影像学表现及发病部位典型，应用CT及MRI可作出准确诊断。Objective To discuss CT and MRI features of neuroepithelial cyst（NC） in lateral ventricle. Methods The imaging data of seven cases with lateral ventricular NC were analyzed retrospectively. Results Among 7 cases, 4 were male and 3 were female, age ranged from 11 to 25 years and mean age was 20.1 years. All cases underwent MRI, including 3 with contrast-enhancement, and 4 cases underwent CT scan. 7 lesions were all single and unilateral, and located at trigone area of lateral ventricle（ right in 4 and left in 3） ,2 lesions extended to the posterior horn. The NCs manifested as roundlike cysts, with sharp outline and thin wall. The cyst fluid was homogeneous in density or intensity and similar with cyst fluid. The cysts had no inside nodule and no enhancement after contrast injection. Conclusion The NC of lateral ventricle always have typical imaging presentations and location,it can be diagnosed correctly by CT and MR1.
