Medpor鼻侧种植体应用于齿槽突裂的临床体会

摘　　要：目的:观察Medpor鼻侧种植体用于齿槽突裂患者的临床效果及不良反应。方法:收集我院自2010年5月～2011年5月已完成唇腭裂手术后的单侧齿槽突裂患者27例,均植入Medpor鼻侧种植体,置于患侧梨状孔边缘以抬高鼻基底,通过对术前术后正仰位及45°侧位照相,评估手术效果并观察不良反应的发生率。结果:随访27例病人,其中20例手术效果好,术后患侧鼻基底抬高,塌陷明显改善,术后感染3例,1例抗炎治疗后好转,2例抗炎治疗无效后取出,5例术后植入材料外露予材料取出,失败率达25.9%,均无排异、过敏反应发鼻畸形整形手术效果良好,是目前较理想的鼻整形材料,但是需注意术后护理及手术的适应症。Objective： To observe Medpor clinical results and untoward effect. Methods： 27 cases who had done cleft lip and palate cleft surgeries during May 2010 to May 2011 implanted medpor materials in the unlined gap to elevate nasal height. We took photos of preoperative anterior view and overhead position view to evaluate the results and observe the incidence rate of untoward effect. Results： 20 of 27 cases showed well results 3 cases were infected, 1 case was resumed after anti-inflammatory treatment, the other two were failed. 5 eases were exposed and took out. Failure rate was 25.9%. No rejection reaction and allergic response happened. Conclusion： Medpor material applied to alveolar cleft had good tissue compatibility and stability. But we need to pay attention to the surgical indications and postoperative nursing care.
