摘　　要：五味子是一味常用的中药材。近年来,国内外对其抗肿瘤活性成分及作用机制研究日趋活跃。目前认为五味子主要抗肿瘤成分为多糖和木脂素。五味子抗肿瘤机制有多个方面,包括诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡、提高机体的免疫调节作用、抗氧化、清除自由基作用、抗突变和逆转肿瘤细胞的多药耐药性。该文对五味子抗肿瘤活性成分和作用机制进行综述,以促进五味子研究的开展及临床上更好的应用。Fructus schisandrae chinensis is a commonly used Chinese herbal medicine.In recent years,the potential anti-tumor effect of this plant has been increasingly appreciated.It has demonstrated that the major components responsible for the anti-tumor effect of Fructus schisandrae chinensis are polysaccharide and lignans.The underlying anti-tumor mechanisms of Fructus schisandrae chinensis invdved apoptotic induction the improvement of immunomodulatory effect,anti-oxidation free radicals scavenge,anti-mutations and multidrug resistance reversal.This paper reviews the current progress on the anti-tumor components and the underlying mechanisms of Fructus schisandrae chinensis,the purpose of which is to deepen the relevant study of Fructus schisandrae chinensis and facilitate its clinical use.
