摘　　要：为提高临床实习教学质量和管理水平,对某院医学生在临床实习教学实践中存在的问题进行分析。主要问题是带教老师和学生对实习重视程度不够、老师教学方法单调、学生忙于找工作、不能保证实习时间、教学评估体系和考核体系不完善。针对问题首先是加强实习管理。通过有效的管理手段,如对带教老师的资格、水平提出要求,进行必要的培训,丰富教学手段,对学生各阶段实习进行考核,培养学生独立思考和解决实际问题的能力,从而保证实习质量,体现管理水平。This paper analyzes the existing problems of clinical teaching practice of medical students in a hospital for improving teaching quality and management level of clinical practice.The main problems are both teachers and students not pay attention to the practice;the teaching methods of teacher are monotony;students are busy to find their jobs that can not ensure the practice time;the teaching evaluation system and examination system are not perfect as well.Aiming at these problems,firstly,we need to strengthen practice management through effective management means,such as the requirements of the qualification and level of teachers,necessary training,abundant teaching means,examination on different phases of practice for the students and training of independent thinking and solving practical problems ability,therefore it can ensure the practice quality and embody the management level.
