摘　　要：目的:研究新疆喀什地区维族胃癌患者HER2蛋白表达状况,同时探讨HER2蛋白表达与临床病理参数之间的关系。方法:收集77例新疆喀什地区维族胃癌患者手术标本,应用免疫组化EnVision法检测胃癌组织中HER2蛋白表达。结果:77例维族胃癌患者中位年龄55岁,男女比例为3.27∶1。HER2蛋白阳性表达率为23.4%。HER2蛋白表达为1+、2+和3+者分别为22.1%、14.3%和9.1%。HER2蛋白表达与胃癌Lauren分型、分化程度、淋巴结转移和临床分期相关,肠型胃癌明显高于弥漫型胃癌,中、高分化腺癌高于低、未分化癌,有淋巴结转移者和临床分期Ⅲ期、Ⅳ期者高于无淋巴结转移和临床分期Ⅰ、Ⅱ期(P<0.05)。而胃癌中HER2蛋白表达与年龄、性别和肿瘤部位无关(P>0.05)。结论:与汉族胃癌患者相比,维族胃癌患者HER2蛋白阳性表达率可能存在种族差异。维族胃癌HER2蛋白表达多见于肠型腺癌,并可预测胃癌患者的临床生物学行为。Objective： Purpose To study the expression of HER2 in gastric carcinoma of Uygur in Kashi area in Xinjiang, and to explore the relationship between HER2 expression and clinicopathologie parameters of gastric carcinoma. Methods： Expression of HER2 in 77 cases of gastric carcinoma of Uygur in Kashi area in Xinjiang was detected by EnVision immunohistoehemical technique. Results： The mean age of 77 cases of gastric carcinoma was 55 years old. Male female ra- tio was 3.27： 1. The positive rate of HER2 in gastric carcinoma was 23.4%. The level of HER2 1 ＋, HER2 2 ＋ and HER2 3 ＋ were measurable in 22.1% ,14.3% and 9.1%. Expression of HER2 protein was related to Lauren type, differ- entiation degree, lymph node metastasis and clinical stage （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The positive rates of HER2 in gastric carcinoma with intestinal type, moderately and well -differentiated , lymph node metastasis and In, Ⅳ stage were higher than those with diffuse type, poorly and undifferentiated, non - metastasis and Ⅰ ,ⅡI stage （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Expression of HER2 in gastrie carcinoma was unrelated with age, gender and tumour location （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion： There may be ethnic difference of HER2 protein expression in gastric carcinoma of Uygur compared to Han. Expression of HER2 protein was more common in intestinal type gastric carcinoma of Uygur which may predict the malignant biologic behaviors of gastric earcino- ma.
