摘  要:目的建立用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定食品中的铝的方法。方法采用硝酸-高氯酸进行样品前处理,用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法对食品中的铝进行测定。结果方法的最低检出限为0.013mg/L;在0~1.0mg/L范围内呈线性关系,相关系数r=0.99 991回收率在83.5%~100.2%。结论本方法准确、快速、检出线低,适用于食品中铝的测定。Objective To establish a method for detecting food aluminum by inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrophotometry.Method Pre-processing the samples by nitric acid-perchloric acid,and used inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrophotometry to determination aluminum in food.Results The minimum detection limit of the method was 0.013mg/L,at the range of 0 to 1.0mg/L it showed linear relationship,coefficient correlation was r=0.99991,coefficient of recovery was at the range of 83.5% to 100.2%.Conclusions This method was accurate,fast and detection limit lower and suitable for determination the aluminum in food.
