摘　　要：本文从中国地质大学(北京)土地资源管理专业见习基地建设的角度出发,重点阐述了该专业见习基地筹建的指导思想,提出了"五遵照"的原则。分析了目前该专业见习基地建设中存在的不足,并结合卓越工程师培养计划为见习基地建设提出了相关建议,为见习基地的建设提供参考。Taking practice bases construction of land resources management mayor as an example, the paper illustrated the guiding ideology of practice bases construction, proposing the five principles which should be obeyed. Also, the paper analyzed the deficiencies in the process of construction, and gave some suggestions to the construction according to the plan of excellent engineers training to provide advice for the construction of practice base.
