摘　　要：在叙述汽车涂装对环境和人类健康影响现状的基础上,按科学发展观扭转"先生产、先污染,后治理"的落后观念,从低VOC化、低碳化和无害化3个方面推荐汽车涂装的环保工艺技术。This paper narrates the influence of automobile painting on environment and human health. And basing on the scientific development idea, correcting backward idea of ＂first producing and polluting earlier, and governing afterward＂, it recommends green and environment-friendly technologies for automobile painting from three aspects of low VOC, low carbon and non-hazard.
