新时期高校党建带团建工作探析

摘　　要：当前,受主观认识不够和客观条件的制约,高校党建带团建工作在思想认识、制度建设和工作模式等方面形成了阻碍其自身发展创新的瓶颈性因素。本文在对高校党建带团建存在问题及其成因分析的基础上从加强高校党组织自身建设、创新党建带团建"带"的方法、提供必要的工作环境支撑和提高活动载体的针对性和艺术性等方面提出了在新时期加强和改进高校党建带团建工作的对策和建议。Currently,for the lack of subjective understanding and objective conditions,some bottleneck factors,hindering the deve- lopment and innovation,have formed in the work of ＂promoting the League Building by the Party Building＂ in universities in the respect of ideological understanding,institution improvement and work patterns,etc.In the paper, based on the analysis of the problems and causes,countermeasures and suggestions are pro- posed from the aspects of strengthening self-construction of the organization of the Party in universities, innovating the approach of ＂promoting the League Building by the Party Building＂,pro- viding the necessary work support,and improving the relevance and artistic quality of the activity carrier to strengthen and improve the work of ＂promoting the League Building by the Party Building＂ in universities in new era.
