摘　　要：目前我国的高职音乐教育显然是遇到了难题,其中难题之一就是由于人才培养目标定位不明,致使人才规格缺乏市场适应性和针对性。造成这一问题的原因是多方面的,就现阶段看。At present our country＇s vocational music education encountered problems, one of which is the positioning of talent training objective unknown,leading to the person lack adaptab- ility and pertinence of market.The cause of this problem is in many aspects.This paper argues that education lack of prospec- tive is the most decisive factors.
