摘　　要：高校辅导员博客使大学生的思想政治教育从传统的"面对面"到现在的"键对键",拓宽了思想政治教育工作的渠道,是新形势下开展网络思想政治教育工作的创新亮点。目前国内高校辅导员博客建设和发展,还存在着不少问题。因此,高校要通过对辅导员博客团队建设的研究,从加强高校辅导员博客团队队伍建设、完善高校辅导员博客团队管理体制和建立高校辅导员博客与学生博客"互动"模式等方面,进一步加强高校辅导员博客的建设,形成网络思想政治教育的长效机制。College counselor blog has changed the ideological and political education of college students from the traditional ＂face to face＂ to the present ＂key to key＂ and has broadened the channels of the ideological and political education,which is the innovative highlight to carry out the web ideological and political education in the new situation.At present,there still exist many problems in the construction and development of college counselors blog.Therefore,universities should further strengthen the construction of college counselor blog and develop the long-term mechanism of web ideological and political education by searching the constructive model of college counselor blog team,strengthening the construction of college counselor blog team,improving the management system of college counselor blog team and establishing the ＂interactive＂ model between college counselor blog and student blog.
