高校研究生社团的现状及发展方向

摘　　要：随着高校改革的深入,研究生招生规模逐年扩大。以南京大学为例,2006年研究生招生达到3300人以上,包括博士和硕士研究生,第一次超过本科生的招生规模。随着研究生规模的扩大,各高校成立自己的研究生组织,如研究生社团联合会等。而研究生社团作为其中一个日益庞大的群众组织,越来越受到管理部门的重视。笔者曾任南京大学研究生社团联合会的主席,亲身经历研究生社团从无到有、发展壮大的历程,对研究生社团的现状及发展状态有深入的了解。本文以南京大学研究生社团为例,分析高校研究生社团的发展历程、存在问题、问题背后的深层次原因,提出对研究生社团发展的一些思考和建议。This paper makes an analysis of graduates association at Nanjing University.Also the author analyzes the development process of community college students,problems,deep-seated reasons behind the problems and proposes a number of thinking and recommendations for the development direction of graduates Association.
