摘 要:目的:建立面制品中痕量溴酸盐的淋洗液在线发生离子色谱测定方法。方法:面制品溶液在IonPac AS19型阴离子柱上,采用ASRS-ULTRA II 4 mm阴离子抑制器,KOH梯度洗脱和DS6抑制电导检测器检测。结果:溴酸盐在5.0μg/L~200.0μg/L范围具有良好的线性,相关系数为0.9992,检出限为0.50μg/L,回收率分别为90.4%~96.6%,RSD小于5%,扩展不确定度为0.114 mg/kg(k=2)。结论:建立的方法可用于面制品中溴酸盐的测定,结果满意。Objective:To develop a method for determination of trace bromate in flour by ion chromatography with on line eluent generator.Methods: The separation of the bromate was conducted on Dionex IonPac AS19 analytical column with KOH eluent as the gradient eluent which was produced online by EG40 eluent generator.Then the detection was performed by the suppressed conductivity detector with the injection volume of 200 μl.Results: This method had good relativity of the linearity(r=0.9992) in the range 5.0 μg/L^200.0 μg/L and high precision(RSD5%).The average recovery of the samples were 90.4%~96.6% and the detection limit for bromate was 0.50 μg/L.The expanded uncertainty was 0.114 mg/kg(k=2).Conclusion: This method has good result for determination of bromate in flour and bread.
