摘　　要：车牌识别包括车牌图像的预处理、车牌定位、字符分割和字符识别等重要的部分,其中车牌图像预处理和定位的优劣直接决定着车牌识别准确率的高低。提出了图像预处理的优化方法和步骤,并且在计算机中进行了实现;同时给出和比较了一些典型定位的方法。License plate recognition includes image pre-processing of the license plates,license plate positioning,character segmentation,and character recognition,such as license plates,in which an important part of image pre-processing and a direct role in determining the pros and cons positioning plates accurate identification rate.This paper presents the optimization of image pre-processing methods and steps in the computer.
