摘　　要：目的探讨隐裂磨牙简单有效的治疗方法和保护措施。方法对35例隐裂磨牙作塑料全冠暂时修复1个月,根据症状和体征决定行或不行彻底根管治疗,然后作烤瓷全冠永久修复,观察1～2年。结果所有35例隐裂磨牙烤瓷全冠修复后无发生牙髓炎或根尖周炎,功能正常,效果满意。结论对隐裂磨牙作早期综合治疗是保存患牙行之有效的方法。Objective To test the simple and effective methods of treating and protecting cracked molars. Methods 85 patients of cracked molars received a 30-day reservation after a temporary resin crown rehabilitation. Considering the patients＇ symptom, we would decide whether they ne （root canal treatment） and a porcelain-fused-to-metal rehabilitation. Results Neither pu periodontitis occurred on any one of the 35 patients, which proved a satisfactory effe temporary resin crown rehabilitation. Conclusions It is an effective method to preserve crack through the application of comprehensive therapy to the treatment for cracked molars.
