摘　　要：《伤寒杂病论》开辟了汤液与针灸治病的典范,使针、药两法用于临床而相得益彰。然而令人可惜的是历代医家多重于药而轻于针,致使中医治法由针、灸、药并用到针灸式微、以用药为主的这样一个过程,则深失仲景著书之苦衷。本文旨在探赜索隐仲景针(灸)药结合的理念,以便全面的学习研究仲景学说。Shanghan Zabing Lun established the model treatment combined with decoction and acupuncture,it brought out the best in each other in clinical.However it was pitiful of that many doctors in generations paid less attention to acupuncture therapy more than medicine.The treatment of TCM transited from the combination method of acupuncture and decoction to use of medicine which deeply lost Zhongjing＇s meaning of writing books.This paper aims to explore Zhongjing＇s idea of combination of acupuncture and medicine,in order to study Zhongjing＇s doctrine comprehensively.
